What if i can't find a product?

We have thousands of products on the site, and we are adding to that all time, if you can't find what you are looking for either through our navigation or searching, please ask us in the chat, or call your local depot.

Can I collect my order?

Yes - If you wish to order for collection, please call up your local NWTT depot here!

Will you cut timber to size?

We can supply timber cut to specific sizes, however this is only available on certain timbers, call or chat for more information.

Can you make fence panels to size?

No - At this current time we are unable to offer custom sized fence panels.

Do you deliver to my area?

Please use our postcode checker by clicking 'Check If We Deliver To You' on the site, enter your postcode to see if we can deliver to your area.

Where is your depot?

We have 7 depots throughout the North West, click here for information on them.

Do you offer a fitting service?

No - We do not offer a fitting service, we only supply and deliver supplies.
